Ready to Ship Order Processing: All orders on existing products are prepared for shipping within 3-5 business days. As all my items are handmade please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays.
Customized Made to Order Processing: Depending on customizations and wait lists, these processing times vary greatly. Items are shipped when completed and verified by customer. Arbreelane will discuss timeline and shipping est. at time of request, after a deposit is received.
Standard Shipping: We offer the following shipping options:
Domestic (within the U.S.): UPS or USPS
Standard Shipping: Typically 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: Typically 3-5 business days for an additional charge
International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing.
Domestic Shipping Costs are based on a flat rate and will be added to your order at check out.
International Shipping costs (Outside the US) are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. We aim to provide the most economical options while ensuring safe delivery.
Free shipping will adhere to all the same standards as paid shipping, tracking will be provided at time order is processed and packing slip printed.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipments progress online.
If your item arrives damaged or if it does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at Arbree@arbreelane.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you and rectify the situation.
All custom orders will be verified, and approved, and accepted by the customer before shipment, and a tracking number will be provided.
